Just for some experience with tool set, I tried upgrading Itropa as well as a few other mods to CEP2.3, but some thing seems to be messing up with tool set, though it may be related to Vista running in XP mode and not correctly translating what the tool set is doing. The problem that keeps occuring is the on rest script has a half second active time, characters can rest and move on in an instant. This happens even if I just open and mod and save it as is with out having done any changes or upgrades. It could be a 1.69 glitch, but I do not recall it occuring on my old computer (XP OS). Any Idea's any one?

I don't know. I do recall having the same problem for a short period of time, but I don't remember how I fixed it (or if it just went away on its own). I think it started when I changed which computer was hosting the server.

Isn't that the dual core problem? If so you need to set the CPU affinity in nwnplayer.ini
Client CPU Affinity=0
that should fix it

Well... trying to make sense of 1.69 note pad, "- Added new option to the nwtoolset.ini file to set the toolset CPU affinity on multi-core computers. If you have more than one CPU on your PC, then you can use this setting to make the toolset run on only one of the CPUs by specifying the number of the CPU (0-31). Setting "CPU Affinity=-1" will turn off CPU affinity (default 0). [Start Up] "CPU Affinity". - The nwnplayer.ini setting for "Client CPU Affinity" now defaults to 0 (a setting of -1 will be converted to 0). If you need to disable this feature set the value to -2."
CPU Affinity in both nwn and nwnplayer show as set to 0, but no line in nwntoolset notes. Should these be changed to -1 or -2?
I am sooo confused...

Still havent figured out the rest timing issue and now having a network issue, set up a wireless router so when ever friends come by, they can connect, but now server doesnt show up when I try to host. I can log in only on a Direct Connect, but the really wierd part is that about 25% of servers on Game Spy list have suddenly vannished! Mods still show up fine in history page, but when I look for them under cat list (Role Play, Tech Support, Ect...) They dont show up at all. I think the router is filtering things in a wierd way. Still learning about routers so not sure exactly what is going on.
