Do not attempt to kill other players, unless it's IC. PvP is only allowed when both players agree to it. You should always agree to PvP through OOC tells before starting an actual fight, and even then it might be wise to take a screenshot of the tells in case there's a dispute later. There is to be no PvP between players who have an actual OOC grudge against each other. Once a player is defeated, the matter is considered settled, there will be no further PvP between those two characters.

What it doesn't say is that if 7 people are fighting, and one drops, he/she/it is considered "out," leaving the other 6 to duke it out.
Like a game of tag, once you're out, you get to go to the clubhouse for milk and cookies. Please don't respawn and rejoin the fight. This applies to PvP; NOT to teaming up against the UKB or some such.

By the way, Hospital time may be instantaneous, but some recovery time should be considered. You have to consider that some time has passed between the time you died and the time you wake up. Whatever battles you were in have long since ended. I realize this creates a time rift between you and the other players, but only for a moment. If it bothers you, just stay in the recovery room for a few more minutes.
I once played on a mod where whenever you died, your character suffered certain penalties (speed, CON, etc) for 24 in-game hours, to indicate recovering from your injuries. When I started Itropa, I fully intended to use similar rules, but I finally decided against it. I should probably start considering it again.
