I've yet to see any kit with a spell resistance. And this is hurting me; every little spell that I can't doge drops me deader than a dodo. Meaning that if I decide to take a romp into dimension Y I'm dead before I get there.
Is it not possible to have one little ring with a spell resistance of 20? Or maybe reduce the Regenerating, which is very common and add 10 spell resistance here, 10 there...
Thank you, this Broadcast has been brought to you By Whiners Broadcasting Company...

spell resistance 20 wouldnt really help ya any... and ill tell ya why... because in dimension y with my monk who has S.R. 10 +lvl still occasionally gets dropped by the occasional death magic spell.
just my 2 cents worth.

Off Koren Dashes, palms all sweaty at the thought of finally getting some spell resistance on rings! Arrse... What I'd crawl over broken glass for is a ring, spell resistance 20 (Or more if you wish), Regeneration and haste... "Carved from a chip of the recovered cystrline matrix, the strange crystals generate an Anti technology field, destroying nanites, reappearing systems and dissipating harmful Rays from other devices. No one knows how this works it is just known That the crystal works this way when power is applied. It has also been known to make the wearer use the word "Wibble" exclusively." I know that it's naughty to ask for items you'd like, but hey, I'm not holding my breath Quick bug: The Yanara Docks lot don't refuse to transport you if you have no cash. I got from the docks to the island and then back to Tarsa for a mere 18Gp (when it should have cost me 110). Also when boarding the boat to Tarsa I was suddenly placed in the Air at about mast level still running along, but not moving for a few seconds before being blipped down to deck level to talk to the boat captain.

Rings, rings, rings... I was tired of rings, so I made amulets Seriously, though, I'm trying to limit items that have haste. Though perhaps I could put in your ring, and make it cast haste once per day. Of the bugs... Shhh! Or the cap'n will get swamped with stowaways! Just kidding... that must be one of my oldest scripts, before it ocurred to me to put in the money restriction. I'll fix it soon enough. Regarding the appearing in the air, I've seen that happen in lots of mods, but I don't know what it's all about. I can't imagine anything I could do about it as a builder, though. The bug is never related to any placeables (that I know of), so it has to be a bug within the tileset itself. Anyway, I'm stumped there.

whoo! Or even drop the haste completly, there's no reason (apart from I want haste!) for it to be there..
If you wan't me to throw some stuff together I can.

Show me... Boots of speed! ... (buzzing noise) XXX We've got a chance to steal it... what's the most popular item for permahaste available? Is it... [Reindeer Helm]? (bell noise) [Reindeer Helm 56] Looks like we've got a winner folks. Our number two item was... [Bindings of Blood 32].
For those to whom the above post is complete and total jibberish to, I apologize. I'm very tired and up very early It says, in a nutshell there are several items which give permahaste in the mod atm. An uncapped dex armor (Bindings of blood), Some old-school jet boots, and he reindeer helm all come to mind.

Listy, I'll have a ring for you at the Alta Science place next update (possibly today or tomorrow, I'm working on some bug fixes right now). It won't be the exact specifications you requested, but they never are Jet boots - I thought I changed those to "Cast Haste once per day"... did I? Some older permahasted pairs might still be owned by players, but I think the one in the stores has been fixed. Reindeer Helm - This item was available for a limited time only, plus it makes the wearer look really stupid... especially when you wear a hat on top of it, you know who you are Bindings of Blood - I was honestly not aware of this item, where is it sold?

Bindings of blood, sold in the underground lizard man store. Haste, Freedom, +3 saves (universal), and +3 ac, all at a robe level (no dex cap, no natural ac bonus). The items mentioned above were to further the pop culture reference Yes, most jet boots were changed to uses/day.

Quick question; is there any way to slow down movement speed when using an item?
So say putting haste on an item, then movement speed slowed, so they move at the same pace as a normal person?

No. (Not that I know of) I wish there was, because then monks could move at human speeds...

Shame, oh well it was an idea....
I suppose you could boost up the weight to encumber the user, and give them a magic bag for when not useing said item...
